School and booster banner programs for Central Ohio high schools

This page is for booster clubs and ADs running a school program at Central Ohio high schools, including the metro suburbs. Programs cover graduation banners, spirit banners, and senior yard/window banners, with 10% back to school or booster club. Individual online orders use a different page.

Tell us the event, quantity, sizes, and whether you need delivery or install. We quote the program, then kick 10% back to the school, booster club, or equivalent school organization. That 10% back does not apply to a single banner ordered online.

What you get

  • Graduation banners, spirit banners, and senior yard/window banners
  • Outdoor vinyl sized for fences, gym walls, yards, windows, and outdoor displays
  • Common sizes such as 3×6 and 4×8, plus custom dimensions to fit the site
  • School colors, mascots, and senior names or photos from files you provide
  • Hemmed edges, grommets, and wind slits when the install site needs them
  • A digital proof before anything goes to print

Timeline for senior night and May–June

Graduation week and senior night do not wait on a late proof. Plan backward from the event date.

Senior night and spring sports

Start four to six weeks out when you can. Roster photos and name lists often arrive late — send what you have so we can lock size, quantity, and a production window, then drop in names when they are final.

May–June graduation rush

Central Ohio schools book the same window. Request a quote as soon as the theme, count, or display plan is set. We confirm a production date with the quote instead of guessing at a generic turnaround.

Late add-ons

Extra seniors or a last-minute spirit banner can often join a program already in motion. Call or note it on the quote request and we will tell you what the shop can still make before the event.

Proof and approval

Names and photos have to be right. Production starts after a designated school contact signs off.

  1. 1

You send names, photos, school colors, and any required artwork or brand rules.

  2. 2

We lay out the banners and email a digital proof to the booster officer, AD, or designated contact.

  3. 3

Nothing prints until that contact approves the proof — or sends marked changes.

  4. 4

Approved files go to production; we confirm pickup, delivery, or install from there.

Pickup, delivery, or install

Pickup

Arrange a pickup in Columbus with the shop. There is no public storefront or walk-in counter — we schedule a handoff once the order is ready.

Delivery

We can deliver finished banners to the school or a booster contact so your team can hang them on the existing fence or gym hardware.

Install

Need a crew on site? We install on fences, gym walls, or a designated display area across Central Ohio as part of the program quote.

10% back to the school or booster club

On graduation banners, spirit banners, and senior yard/window banners, Artiplex returns 10% back to school or booster club — the school, booster club, PTO, or equivalent school organization.

  • The 10% back is for school organizations running a banner program — not a consumer coupon and not a discount on other sign work.
  • We note the recipient on the quote so treasurers know where the 10% goes.
  • No other promotions are implied. If a job is not a graduation or spirit banner program, the 10% back does not apply.

FAQ

Questions from booster clubs and ADs

How does the 10% back to the school or booster club work?
On graduation and spirit banner programs, 10% of the program total goes back to the school, booster club, PTO, or equivalent school organization. We record the recipient on the quote. It is not a general discount on other Artiplex work.
When should we order for senior night or May–June graduation?
Give us four to six weeks when you can, especially for May–June when many Central Ohio schools are in the same rush. If photos or names are still coming in, start the quote anyway so size and quantity are locked.
What do you need from us to start?
Event date, approximate count and sizes, school colors, and a contact who can approve proofs. Senior photos and name lists can follow. Use the project quote form or email henry@artiplexsigns.com.
Do you deliver or install at the school?
Yes. Pickup by arrangement, delivery to the school, or on-site install on fences or indoor display areas — we include the option you need in the program quote.
Which schools and districts do you serve?
Booster clubs and ADs at Central Ohio high schools, including the metro suburbs. If you have a campus link from our team, use that page — it has an order form for your school. Otherwise submit the form on this page or call 614-706-6706. We do not publish a school-by-school directory or case studies.
How do we request a quote?
Use the project quote form on this site, call 614-706-6706, or email henry@artiplexsigns.com. Mention the school, event date, and that it is a graduation or spirit banner program so we apply the 10% back to the school or booster club.

Ready to quote a banner program?
