Timeline for senior night and May–June
Graduation week and senior night do not wait on a late proof. Plan backward from the event date.
May–June graduation rush
Central Ohio schools book the same window. Request a quote as soon as the theme, count, or display plan is set. We confirm a production date with the quote instead of guessing at a generic turnaround.
Late add-ons
Extra seniors or a last-minute spirit banner can often join a program already in motion. Call or note it on the quote request and we will tell you what the shop can still make before the event.
Proof and approval
Names and photos have to be right. Production starts after a designated school contact signs off.

Pickup
Arrange a Columbus-area pickup with the shop. There is no public storefront or walk-in counter — we schedule a handoff once the order is ready.
Delivery
We can deliver finished banners to the school or a booster contact so your team can hang them on the existing fence or gym hardware.
Install
Need a crew on site? We install on fences, gym walls, or a designated display area across Columbus and Central Ohio as part of the program quote.
10% kickback to the school or booster club
On graduation banners, spirit banners, and senior yard/window banners, Artiplex returns 10% back to school or booster club — the school, booster club, PTO, or equivalent school organization.
- The kickback is for school organizations running a banner program — not a consumer coupon and not a discount on other sign work.
- We note the recipient on the quote so treasurers know where the 10% goes.
- No other promotions are implied. If a job is not a graduation or spirit banner program, this kickback does not apply.

- How does the 10% school kickback work?
- On graduation and spirit banner programs, 10% of the program total goes back to the school, booster club, PTO, or equivalent school organization. We record the recipient on the quote. It is not a general discount on other Artiplex work.
- When should we order for senior night or May–June graduation?
- Give us four to six weeks when you can, especially for May–June when many Central Ohio schools are in the same rush. If photos or names are still coming in, start the quote anyway so size and quantity are locked.
- What do you need from us to start?
- Event date, approximate count and sizes, school colors, and a contact who can approve proofs. Senior photos and name lists can follow. Use the project quote form or email henry@artiplexsigns.com.
- Do you deliver or install at the school?
- Yes. Pickup by arrangement, delivery to the school, or on-site install on fences or indoor display areas — we include the option you need in the program quote.
