A short note on what we collect
This is a plain-language summary, not a full legal policy. It covers the public Artiplex Signs site: landing pages, quote forms, and the school / partner banner program.
Website analytics
Page visits are counted by our own site. The log records the page path, referrer, browser type, time, and an approximate location (country, region, and city) from a local database. We do not store the raw IP address. A salted hash is kept only so we can count unique visitors, and older rows are deleted on a schedule. This visit log does not use cookies. Location data: IP Geolocation by DB-IP.
The site uses the Google tag and its cookies for ad measurement on public pages. It is not loaded on private order, invoice, quote, job-tracking, or artwork pages.
Our own site also counts a few actions so we can tell which pages and banner campaigns
bring in calls: tapping the phone or text link, seeing a banner or yard-sign price, reaching the
review step, and sending a quote or contact form. Each count stores the action,
the page path, the time, and the utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign tags from the
link you arrived on. It does not store your name, email, phone, form answers, or IP address.
The campaign tags are kept in your browser’s session storage and are cleared when you close the tab.
The site sets a csrftoken security cookie so these counts and our forms cannot be
forged from another site. It is not used to track you.
Quote and banner-program forms
When you request a mockup, quote, or school / partner banner program, we collect the identity details needed to follow up: school or organization, name, email, and phone, plus the project notes you choose to include (event, quantity, pickup or install, and similar). Those details are emailed to Artiplex so we can quote the work and, when it applies, send 10% back to the school or booster club.
We use form data to respond to your request. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for ads.
Banner and yard-sign checkout
Ordering a banner or yard sign collects your name, email, phone, product options, and an artwork file if you upload one. Shipping also collects the address you want the order sent to. Card payment is handled by Square. We store Square’s payment id and status. We do not store your card number.
We use that information to make and deliver the order. We do not sell it.
